Consultant / Senior Consultant, Global Consulting Platform

Work you’ll do · Report/work under the leadership of the Senior Manager/Manager, USI
· Support Global Leader and core team in developing and implementing various short and long term global consulting strategies
· Manage the projects from end-to-end by leading a team of individuals on project to project basis
· Drive team initiatives that help enhance team's skills/competencies/motivational levels
· Develop mentoring skills by coaching team members
· Lead and support analyses and detailed reporting for Member Firm Consulting Leadership as needed
· Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, decompose high –level information into details, and abstract up low-level information to a general understanding.
· Lead and support development of client, revenue, and operational plans.
· Lead and support development of executive leadership presentation materials for executive communications.
· Gather requirements to design and develop deliverables as required.
· Proactively provide suggestions to enhance deliverables and document the deliverable workflow steps as required.
· Share expertise by conducting knowledge sharing sessions with the team.
· Proactively communicate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.
· Produce on time, high quality, client-ready deliverables
The team

The team is called Global Consulting Platform. It facilitates a seamless cycle of identifying our most important clients and opportunities, deploying the best resources and investment to pursue, win and serve these with excellence, and then leveraging these relationships to build our brand.

Key objectives include:
· Identify priority clients, sectors, and services across geographies
· Develop world class offerings and solutions and serve clients with consistent and market-leading offerings globally
· Enable a flexible, mobile, and consistent global workforce that enables our best people to serve priority clients regardless of location
· Embed common business infrastructure and QRM

· MBA preferred; Other relevant Masters degrees and certifications will also be considered
· 6-10 years of work experience
· End to end project management experience is required
· Ability to lead and manage a set of individuals by helping them enhance their skills and competencies
· Ability to mentor, coach, and counsel team members
· Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex concepts into concise summaries.
· Experience analyzing large data sets to produce clear, insightful and concise executive level reports
· Experience creating documents (decks, reports, dashboards etc.) for senior leadership. Strong story boarding skills will be an added advantage
· Experience developing Industry/Sector Snapshots, Company Profiles, Executive Bios, etc.
· Basic understanding of the financial statements and analysis of key financial, operational indicators
· Understanding of the Pre-Sales, Marketing and Business Development in a professional services environment
· Exposure to secondary research and familiarity with tools like Hoover, OneSource, Factiva etc.
· Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel (expertise with pivots, v-lookups, advanced formulas, etc.); Ability to write and edit Macros is an advantage
· Intermediate level of expertise of MS PowerPoint
· Strong analytical (both quantitative and qualitative), problem solving and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail and work ethic
· Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills.
· Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team setting
· Comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels (e.g., staff through leadership)
· Ability to deal with ambiguity, and address challenges effectively
· Flexible and adaptable to change
· Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables concurrently
· Strong analytical (both quantitative and qualitative), problem solving and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail and work ethic
