Plan and drive the recruitment process for all functions in the region
Ensure proper source mix for hiring talent in the region
Achieve recruitment targets within defined TATs.
Identify & implement recruitment avenues & sources to enhance service levels & quality of evaluation of the process.
Ensure better quality recruits
Ensure cost effective sources and methods of recruitment
Ensure efficient HR support desk for existing employees.
Ensure an ongoing communication.
Counseling and resolution of employee issues
Provide guidance to employees on various HR initiatives.
Induction and walk-through to all new joinees in the region
Coordinating the induction of other senior resources as part of company familiarization.
Ensure Organization Vision & Values are practiced in the right spirit across the region.
Ensuring timely MIS as per requirement and record keeping.
Tracking of joining Documents
Provide HR MIS data to Corporate HR information at any given point of time.
Analyze & control attrition within defined levels
Analyze exit interviews & implement positive suggestions & feedbacks.
Managing employee conflict in the region
Ensure compliance to organization values, malpractices matrix and code of conduct in the region
Conduct investigations on employee complaints and ensure resolution
Creating sensitization on code of conduct through training and employee sessions
Creating analytics for key processes of the region
Understanding and maintaining of competition activities and keep track of the same
Develop insights on regional issues and influence HR policies & programs through with proper data management
Driving productivity in partnership with Sales for frontline Sales roles
Understanding the key business parameters and partner the performance management process for managers & above.
PIP Management for the entire region and driving a culture of performance amongst the employees
Generate information from attrition analysis
Devise action plan along with the line manager to control attrition
Perform exit interviews of identified positions
Prepare quarterly exit interview reports and share the information with the line manager on the issues and steps that can be taken to control attrition
Implementation of Umang
Enhance HR reach to employees by cultivating an employee friendly HR approach.
Provide solutions & decisions in consent with Corporate HR (where required) to resolve issues
Develop & ensure process flow of organization Reward & Recognition / suggestion schemes.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A.
