Job Description

Business Drivers
 Work closely with the PC Acquiring team and enable them to achieve MOM Business budgets
 Drive balance sheet growth and achievement of P&L targets for PC
 Work towards increasing NTB sourcing
 To implement group scorecard model for all channels managed
 Engage with Segment/Products to deliver the right CVP and Solutions for customers
 To work on increasing productivity of the sales team
 Ensure fair and right incentivization of all sales roles
 To frame and launch sales contests to drive sales KPI’s
 To work towards optimal span of control across all channels handled
 Ensure channel profitability by driving strong cost controls and top line growth.
 Track budgeted sales target and suggest and implement increase sales productivity
 Drive to achieve segment relationship penetration, multi-product selling or bundles around anchor product
 Arrange / create sales activities
 Build and manage relationship with business partners / intermediaries / channels
 MIS accuracy and discipline

Customer Experience
 Drive the right sales culture and attitude
 Operational quality – manage sales controllable error, rejection, approval rate, TAT etc.
 Continuous sales improvement effort, through active engagement with all relevant stakeholders
 Manage customer experience
 Ensure nil Customer complaints

Financial Objective

 Drive NFI and NII budgets across products; i.e Wealth, Assets and Liabilities
 Effective capacity and cost management
 Deliver the Cost to Income Ratio in line with PC Budgets.

Risk Assurance

 Ensure CDD, MLP & TCF diligence
 Drive discipline in HR and training related matters
 Adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practices
 Adhere to operational risk controls and procedures in day to day sales management
 To ensure no adverse findings in internal / external audit, governance and compliance review
 To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager

Qualifications and Skills

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

 Must be a graduate. MBA’s would be an advantage
 Sales experience in Home Loans/LAP, CASA & Wealth would be preferred
 Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage
 Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes
 Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit
