REQUIREMENTS

Position Summary:
Service Parts Account Planner responsibilities (Accounts assigned)

  • Provide Logistics Support to Client's Services customers.
  • Ensure appropriate deployment of spare parts to meet customer SLA at lowest possible cost.
  • Provide performance reporting for assigned Accounts.
  • Escalate parts issues as Single Point of Contact within the Service Parts Organization.
  • Provide communications direct to customers and / or direct with Client Account Teams.
  • Serve as customer Advocate for assigned accounts.
Strategy
  • Meet the established goals and parameters for Client Americas Service Parts Operations which drives best in class performance.
  • Help develop delivery models that take into account geographical constraints that effect cost and turnaround times.
Operations
  • Drive day to day execution on service Parts fulfillment for meeting customer needs.
  • Execute continuous improvement on quality and compliance to processes
Basic Requirements
  • Ability to pull / manipulate data - proficiently at Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point
  • Extensive knowledge of general business methods and practices with an emphasis in Parts and logistics management.
  • Works constructively and collaboratively with others and across organizations to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency for customers.
  • Applies functional expertise to improve financial and operational results, and customer satisfaction measurements.
  • Ability to identify and remove obstacles to ensure organization results are achieved.
  • Completes job assignments with no supervision.
  • Writes, speaks, listens, and presents information effectively and persuasively.
  • Should have strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills - Candidate must have the ability to stay well organized and follow through to completion on all required tasks
  • Communication: Must demonstrate the ability to hear, understand and respond clearly verbally and / or within written communication.
Preferred Requirements
  • Should have extensive Microsoft Excel & Access knowledge.
  • Strong experience on Servigistics system.
  • Should have Bachelor’s D
