General
Manage and develop the Sales in Europe in line with the brand building guidelines as set out by the brand each season
Open new markets/customers through Europe, this can be done through local distributors, agents or direct accounts
Manage and monitor growth on a monthly basis through analysis of forecasts and actual figures
Manage the monthly buys in a timely manner following up targets and business expectations
Work with merchandiser to guide the Distributors/Retailers in their seasonal ranging and subsequent segmentation of the range within each market
Manage and guide our partners to healthy stock level. Chase inventory reports and stock management.
Build a relationship with the Brand and International team based in the US through regular contact
Build excellent relationships with Distributors to enable proficient management of sales in each territory

Communication
Ensure that Distributors have all the information needed on a monthly basis to manage each buy, develop the range and sales
Distributors need to have all facts and figures at the beginning of each season, with monthly updates
Manage the salesman samples for each market working closely with the rest of India office team

Analysis, Strategy & Research
Establish sales opportunities within each market through comparative analysis of regional sales figures and through local analysis of the market
Chase those opportunities in existing markets and looking forward to find new partners within the India region
Analysis of each market by style
Analysis of approach to achieve brand objectives
Analysis of account types
Analysis of forecasts and monthly buys
