1)Provide operational support
2)Support in planning rollouts, configuration and deployment of new versions of systems in terms of functionality.
3)Test the business processes, operational activities and flow.
4)Specify issue and supervise work of the IT Support team, when needed, as per the plan.
5)To ensure that agreed best practices and procedures are followed and that all work is to the required standard and fully
6)To perform tasks issued by the project manager and under the supervisor guidance.
7)Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting
8)Understand Enhancements in form of 'RD', 'FSD', Discussion with IT / Vendor
9)Prepare detail positive and negative test cases covering all functionalities.
10)Reviewed the test cases and moved to production within stipulated time.
11)Receive operation/Credit/ audit sign off after explaining all the functionalities
12)Ensure full support and attempt no defects post enhancement golive.
13)Prepare functionality /knowledge document for new functionalities
14)Regular production issue management
16)Coordinate with IT for UAT Setup and Patch Resolutions/ Fixes
17)Track the list of projects 18)Prepare Test Plan / Project plan for UAT Preparation 19)Review of Test cases 20)Ensure all functionality testing to be completed. 21)Co-ordinate with IT Team for test env/setup restoration and patch related issues. 22)Ensure /review the patch production movement by IT within the agreed time lines and schedule committed to stake holder 23)Get the testing env uptime till UAT Sign off. 24)Check the backup setup availability with IT 25)Co-ordination with SMG for Implementing of SFR’s 26)Maintain all the details of SFRs Documentation for all SFR maintained in soft copy, which is sent to IT/ Vendor according to the SOX templates. 27)Proper documentation done for all the audit sign offs & user signoff mails and test cases and test results for the implemented enhancements and projects as per SOX process. 28)Ensuring that all the Existing processes/ Documentation are being followed 29)Preparing the User needs into Requirement Documents. 30)Preparation of Project Plan. 31)Study and provide the confirmation basis the GAD(Gap analysis document/UD (understanding doc) / FSD (Functional specification document) provided by the Vendor. 32)Provide training to user for newly implemented functionalities. 33)Provide inputs to team member 34)Preparing the User needs into requirement documents. 35)Support and complete the POC(proof of concept) where applicable 36)Raise PO 37)Submit invoices and closure of payments
Requirements 1)The candidate should have handled Digital Projects – Internet Banking or Mobile Banking projects. He/She should have either created a new concept, run through a concept or implemented a concept in BFSI segment. 2)He should have experience of designing and launching a new product 3)The candidate should have knowledge of how a product runs and the operational risks associated with it 4)The candidate should also have good understanding of Technology (preferably mobile and web based technologies) 5)He/She should have relevant experience of 3-12 years
