Role Description:
Designation: Executive Client Services Unit: Consumer Insights
Location: Mumbai

Purpose of the role:
Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

Main Accountabilities:
Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff
Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc
and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness

Education:
Post-Graduation from a premier institute

Experience:
0 to 2 years‟ experience in IT / Consumer Insights industry
Strong Client Focus and Proactiveness
 Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
 Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
 An excellent communicator (Should be good in English - written and oral communication )
 Organisational with good problem-solving and numerical skills
 Able to plan ahead and meet deadlines
 Positive, with constructive attitudes to the company and to colleagues
 Experienced in Market Research (ideally in the fieldwork operations)
 Comfortable in understanding and evaluating requirements from a market research project brief.
 Able to anticipate potential „potholes‟ and take preventive measures so that the project flow will remain smooth at all times.
 Enthusiastic with a desire to learn from an experienced team
 Find resources internally and externally for fieldwork execution
 Carry out quality control checks
 Check scripts
 Prepare fieldwork costs for market research proposals
 Monitor and supervise fieldwork
 Attend relevant training sessions
 Ensure the projects are running to the agreed timeline and budget
 Actively contribute to the company and share team experiences
 Handle client and colleague enquiries competently
 Rigorous follow up with field executive across India for the dispatches of taped interviews
 Communicate relevant information accurately and in a timely manner
 Coordination with Quality check team and maintaining feedback
 Should be comfortable in working with excel sheet and internet (V look up, H look up, Pivot etc)
 Implement tasks delegated by his/her manager
 Willing to work extensively and urge of learning
 Able to do multiple activities
