As an inside account manager, incumbent shall be responsible for extensive research to gain insight into specific sectors to build targeted prospect databases that include multiple stake holders and communicating with them through direct mailers, E-Mailers and via telephone.
Basic’s Qualification Post Graduated in Marketing / Advertising from an institute of repute.
Experience 2-4 years of relevant experience / freshers (MBA marketing) may be considered for interns/trainees.

- 2-4 years of inside sales or telesales experience.
- Strong skills and aptitude for Customer Relationship Management.
- High degree of English verbal & written communication effectiveness.
- Ability to converse senior level contacts and independently negotiate with client & company’s senior management.
- Must have a winning attitude and an ability to never get bogged down by issues and problems.
- Competence to survive in a fast-paced work environment with little or no help.
- Computer literacy including competency related to MS-Windows based applications.
- Being the first & primary point of relationship contact for prospective & existing customers.
- Lead generation through tele calling / E-Mail / Social media contacts, and reaching to the fortnightly lead generation target for a portfolio of products & services.
- Customer engagement over the phone, E-Mail and Social media to stay connected day-in and day-out, and ensure top-of-the-mind ‘Innovative Incentives’ recall and resultant sale of “Innovative Incentives” offerings.
- Fast & accurate information dissemination and response for quotations/information to customers.
- Sending proposals & capture and manage customer information (both infrastructure and contact information).
- Update CRM on a daily basis.
