Job Description:

  • Ensuring that Front Desk well Maintained.
  • Maintain Records & due Dates of Phone Bills/ Office Rent/ Electricity bill.
  • Co-ordinate to Maintain Materials in-place neat, Tidy & Clean.
  • Maintenance of Telephones/FAX Machines/Printer/ DSL Modem.
  • Maintenance of Stationeries: Printing Paper Stapler/Pins Packing Tape/Packing Material etc.
  • Maintenance of Files, Maintaining Office Stationeries.
  • Maintaining Office Accounts – preferred Knowledge of Tally.
  • Maintenance of Employee Records.
  • Arranging Meeting & Arranging to get Gate Pass with Clients.
  • Coordinating with Marketing, HR & Accounts Department.
  • Courier – Inward & Outward, Handling Customer Enquiries.
  • Travel Arrangements of Employees.
  • Implementing day to Day Activities, Handling Calls from Clients.
  • Maintenance of Employees Attendance Register & Movement Register.
  • Maintenance of Inward & Outward Courier Register.
  • Maintain Vendors Pending Payment Report in Coordination with Accounts.
  • Interaction with Online Customers on Delivery & Payments.
  • Coordinating Housekeeping, Ordering & Maintaining Stationeries, Coordinating Logistics for Events.
  • Releasing of Offer Letter, Issuing of Salary Slip to Employees,
  • Maintaining Leave Records, Maintaining employees Proof of Documents, Recruitment Searches, etc
