Senior Consultant - Integrity & Compliance

Deloitte Global is launching the Integrity Imperative to address ethics issues, motivate and reinforce ethical behavior, and protect, preserve, and enhance the Deloitte brand. The Integrity Imperative will emphasize zero tolerance for integrity breaches across all Businesses in Deloitte.

The Integrity Imperative includes 4 threads of intervention , executed over a series of short-term sprints:

  • Communications and learning
  • Governance and leadership accountability
  • Speak-up environment and incident response/remediation
  • Measurement and monitoring

  • All member firms will implement intervention activities locally, with the support and program oversight of Deloitte Global. Nature, timing and extent of implementation activities will be applied in MFs using a risk-based approach.

    The Global Ethics team is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our expanding team, responsible for measurement, monitoring and reporting related to Global and Member Firm risk, progress, performance and impact relative to the Integrity Imperative Initiative .

    Work you’ll do
    The key job responsibilities are:
    • Help with the design of process, tools, materials, and guidance to support the creation and implementation of solutions to measure, monitor and report on Global and MF risk, progress, performance, and impact relative to the Integrity Imperative Initiative.
    • Provide significant support for key projects such as:
      • Conduct Baseline Integrity Assessment to understand values/behavioural drivers, ethical climate and ethics program effectiveness in MFs. (using existing MF data and CulturePath tool)
      • Use Baseline Integrity Assessment and other key data/information to create MF Ethical Risk Assessment to identify member firms that may require additional focus and outreach through the Integrity Imperative Initiative..
      • Create tools and templates to drive member firm action planning and track Global and MF progress as it relates to the Integrity Imperative Initiative and agenda
      • Conduct periodic Integrity Pulse Surveys to test ethical climate, measure impact of Integrity Imperative activities and identify emerging issues in member firms
      • Design a system/process to follow up with and consult to MFs on Integrity Imperative action plans to drive accountability and performance
      • Design and develop management scorecards and reports to be used to communicate Integrity Imperative progress to Global and MF executive and governance committees
    • Assist with project management, including: oversight of project status, ensuring project milestones are met, capture program reporting, and monitoring to keep projects on schedule
    • Interact with senior leaders, shape and execute analyses, and prepare clear, concise, and compelling presentations for senior leadership
    • Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
    • Provide project status reporting to leadership
    • Responsible for a broad array of activities that may include planning/organizing stakeholder calls and webinars, follow up on activities and deliverables, etc.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
    Work Location: Hyderabad
    Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
    Tenure : 18 to 24 months

    • Relevant experience of 6-8 years
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a matrix organization; ability to work effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures as well as ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders on the initiative.
    • Exceptional data analysis, process mapping, problem solving, and organization skills
    • Detail oriented and team oriented
    • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office suite, specifically with PowerPoint

    • Comfortable working in an unstructured environment and ability to work well under pressure
    • Ability to be self-directed and responsive
    • Collegial team player who can work with a small team within a global, matrixed environment
    • Diplomacy and poise are key attributes for success
    • Experience preparing and making presentations to senior management
    • Ability to predict and respond to senior leadership requests/ needs
