Designation – Manager/Sr.Manager/ Customer Success
Location - Mumbai/Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the client relationship by championing the client's needs at OneDirect.
Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization to set proper expectations.

Managing and driving the growth of the client's business:
Drive new product launches and relationship extensions.
Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the client's current business and future opportunities.
Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution

Who should join:
You want to work for a growth phase enterprise tech startup.
Prior experience in working with C-level executives is highly desirable.
Must be metrics-driven.
Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
1+ years of experience in Key account management/enterprise sales desired.
Folks who love to travel and meet new people.
