A. Campaign Manager - Credit Card , Assets , HNW Total openings: Grade E3/4 (3)

End to end ownership of analytical led campaigns

- Plan Campaigns - Campaign Design & Construct, Offer & Channel management, Response/Conversions tracking till campaign closure

- Engage with Biz to understand portfolio objectives and translate into business objectives via campaign ideas, concepts, campaign segmentation & frameworks - Campaign Strategy - Application of analytics ( CIU inputs) , Differential Communication, Offer and Channel mix for customer segments

- Track performance of the campaigns across customer segments and channels - Analyse Campaign results on what's working and not working - Liaise with respective product/channels for feedback, closing of the loop - Testing Creative/Offers/Subject line - Customer Feedback on campaign non responders

Project Management

- Works closely with Campaign Head to aggressively push through new project initiatives - Engages with business to scope out impact : targets / budget / estimate revenue & P&L

Budgetary and Commercial Controls - Achieve/Exceed Business target on activation, usage, Cross-sell & retention campaigns within specified

budgets. - Cost to Revenue tracking and adhering to benchmarks sets

- Monitor and Control Campaign spends

B. Campaign Manager - Triggers Total openings: Grade E3/E4 (1)

End to end ownership of analytical led Triggers

- Trigger Development & Management, - Co-ordinate with business for trigger requirements &, trigger design : Who (customer), What (events / patterns of behaviour), When (timing), How – (Communication , Offer , Channel) - Liaise with all - Product teams,CIU Analytics, Marcom, IT, Channel, Operations & MIS teams to Manage end to end planning & execution - Test differential communication , understand effectiveness & tweak trigger construct to increase trigger impact

- Track the performance of the triggers across customer segments and channels.Response and Conversions tracking & customer feedback.

- Liaise with the respective product/ channels/branches for feedback, - Liaise with channels/branches to understand typical customer behaviour and explore more trigger opportunities

Project Management - Works closely with Trigger Head to aggressively push through new trigger ideas

- Engages with business to scope out impact: targets/budget/estimate revenue & P&L

Requirements Educational Background – MBA Min Work experience – 2 years with atleast 1 year experience in current role Relevant Work Experience – Product Marketing, Campaign Management , Direct Marketing , Digital Marketing , Analytical Marketing Key Behavioural requirements – Proactive, ability to manage multiple tasks in a given deadline I Customer Focussed Any Specific Functional/Skill Set Requirement – Microsoft Excel, basics of SQL for database handling, Microsoft power point for Marketing presentations
